Stick electrodes vs. Adhesive electrodes

There are many application techniques in the use of frequency-specific microcurrent. The most commonly used variant is certainly the adhesive electrodes. But there are also stick electrodes (caution: there may be problems with electrical safety!) and wet towels that act as a large electrode.
